Hello Rika, how are you? I haven't heard from you. Have you been working?
I'm researching a spice: Chuang Chia. It is also called "Sichuan Peppercorn" Do you know it?
It numbs the mouth a little bit and is used in Szechuan [Southwestern China] cooking with CHILI to make the chili less hot. I was not interested in it as much as a "spice" for cooking [it is used in Chinese "five spice powder" with star anise, cinnamon, cloves and fennel.] I was more interested in it for its medicinal properties, for healing. You know I am an herbalist, one who studies plants and other natural materials for healing.
This is part of being a "doctor." I use sound [natural] and plants [natural.] I don't use pharmaceutical drugs, most of which were synthesized from plants anyway!
This is why I am young. I take these things. I use sound healing on myself!
