For Waranty : Ensuring efficient processing of warranty claims and monitoring all repairs are reached the standards of quality in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
( Responsibility )
- Monitor and perform inspection program to ensure all technical requirements
- Monitor and perform the warranty claim tasks and warranty processing in each car transaction (Buy & Sale)
- Control all inspected parts that need to be repaired get warranty correctly
- Co-ordinate with Service Manager and After-sales team
- Train and co-ordinate technical training, safety methods and procedures to ensure the service will satisfy customers
(Qualifications)
- Male age 28- 35 years old
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in mechanic or engineer
- Direct experiences in mechanic and maintenance
