Effects in sickness absence one and two years after the educational programmes
Employees without sick-leave, both at BASE and FOLLOW UP, was 41% for CHIEF + WC. In the other groups it was less, around 30%, but for CONTROL it raised from 32% to 41%. Data one year later (when also the CONTROL group was educated) showed significant decrease in sickness absence in CONTROL. Employees without sick-leave were 48% and also in the other groups employees without sick-leave had increased, but not significantly.
