I am following up my action plan from our discussion last week. I would need your support on the following items to ensure I could have fruitful conversation with other teams.
1) Trainer issue: you guys mentioned that trainer did some adjustment on their brief to LC which deviated from your original selling points. Can you please give me solid evidences – projects, message they put in and your original one? Oh, can you host this?
2) Make the most out of call-in customers: Mook, please update me on your discussion with call center.
3) Short-sight pricing strategy: we discussed about this on Ekamai, Ratchaburana and ram-intra 109. Can you please give me specific pricing and impact in the longer term again? I want to see if it is really matter. I would like to hear from all strategists na krub.

Aside to above request, last week performance haven’t improved that much. Our visit was only 132 vs 217 target. The booking was only 8 out of 25 target. Understand that some came in for booking on Monday and Tuesday but it did not still meet the target set forth. As discussed last week, many activities will happen this week.
