The Committees would like to discuss about the Sinking fund payment as what it should be by the legal due to the previous AGM Meeting that Co-owner was comment as after transfer the unit, the Developer will become a Co-owner and should to pay the sinking fund in the same way with other Co-owners. The Management informed to the Committees that it was discussed about common fee that Developer must to pay. For the sinking fund the Management will be search an answer to inform to the meeting.
