Set the reflux flow to the column through 2104-FV-281 and line out the column in automatic operation. Establish a steady reboiling and reflux operation, and a stable column profile with bottoms temperature of 102℃ or higher. The hot oil flow can be put in AUTOMATIC with 2117-FIRC-030 providing the srt point.When both top and bottom product specifications are met, column bottoms should be lined out to the LPG column.
Liquid accumulates in the bottom of the Deethanizer Column, 2104-T-002, and is fed forward to the LPG Column, 2105-T-001, by 2104-LV-239.
The C3 + Recovery section of the plant is now in operation. Next is the LPG Recovery section.
