The collected feedback included the average score for each questionnaire item, the distribution
of responses, and student comments. The lecturers carefully evaluated this combined information
to understand the relationship between the feedback and their teaching methods. Questionnaire
feedback was searched systematically question-by-question. The average scores for each item and
topic (Table 1) were compared, and the questionnaire items receiving the lowest average scores,
those most needing improvement, were given special attention.
