So far, all AOS maintenance (IPANEMA BOX) related services were provided and charged out by BT.
After reviewing and comparing charges to other providers, we came to the conclusion that switching to a provider named Infovista would be more cost beneficial, as a whole.
We have therefore switched to Infovista for the AOS Maintenance (IPANEMA Box).
Unfortunately, as a result of the switch, the position of the AOS Maintenance (IPANEMA Box) will be charged twice to your cost center, for 2 Months – one invoice raised by BT and one by Infovista.
This double-charge was unavoidable, as we had to guarantee a smooth transition to the new supplier, and keep the old setup until guaranteed that all is working properly.
Nonetheless, please be ensured that even with this double-charge (for 2 months), your total costs as a whole are still lower, and the switch worth making.
We have been receiving the new invoices since March this year.
Over the past months, we have worked together with the new supplier to arrange the reports the way we need them to be, in order to do our billing.
Unfortunately this took a little longer than expected and we are only now able to provide you with all details dating back to March.
