5.1. Methodology
According toQuivy and Campenhoudt (2008), to turn research
relevant and valid it is necessary to choose the most appropriate
methods, i.e. those that allow the apprehension of the reality
under analysis. In this study, the method is characterized as
inductive, since it focuses on “the observation of some
phenomena of a particular class of that same class for all”
(Marconi & Lakatos, 2008: 71). To this end, a methodology that
followed three steps was adopted: data collection, data process-ing and data analysis
