1. Develop and improve the safety standard of Company’s Service Centre in Thailand to international standard by following GAP audit.
2. Lead operational risk optimization (Occupational health and safety, Employee well-being and environmental compliance of the company.
3. Responsible for overall safety implementation of operation in offices and services centres in Thailand.
4. Identify the best practice in systems application through in-house database and other sources.
5. Develop safety and risk management procedures relating directly to Thailand environment.
6. Training managers, employees and safety professionals to implement these processes align with GAP audit and local law requirement.
7. Lead to conduct all safety training Perform to lead on safety committee actions and conduct it regularly basis.
8. Monitoring and Audit performance related environment and safety.
9. Install a safety culture that continually strives to achieve “Zero Incident”.
10. Continue to strive for a Zero Incident culture and performance within the workplace.
11. Ensured all task specific responsibilities and accountabilities contained with company’s procedures; work instructions and fully applied.
12. Review Thailand safety legislation and ensure policies and procedures are developed/ modified to comply with legislation.
13. Ensured the establishment of a program of prevention, monitoring and employee awareness as required in the company’s SHE management System at all sites.
14. Communicate the SHE policy and company’s Safe SHE Management System intent to all personnel under their control to ensure compliance to statutory SHE requirements.
15. Demonstrate a corporate and personal commitment to (SHE.) through leadership, appropriate manning levels, resource allocation, adequate supervision and actions.
