Follow up any inquiries, orders, and forecast from clients.
• Monitor closely delivery time and shipment schedule of orders to clients based on information received from the Planning team.
• Integrate with related team for sample requests requested by clients.
• Harmonizes internally various teams such as Production, QC, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance as well as the customer for smooth and on time delivery of goods.
• Sustain and updated report concerning the sales on weekly and monthly basis.
• Renew the delivery status with all clients.
• Coordinate with the related team for the rework and/ or replacement of goods in case of services and/or quality issues.
• Discharge any tasks requested by team leader.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Humanities, Economic or related field
Male/Female age between 28-35 years old
2 years of experience or higher in Customer Service or related field would be advantage
Have analytical and problems resolving skills
Good Personality, strong interpersonal, good communication and teamwork.
Fluency command in English skills
