cranberry juice can decrease the chances of developing atherosclerosis, which is a condition that restricts the arteries with the accumulation of plaques which causes lack of oxygen rich blood flow which can lead to heart attack or stroke.
Cranberries have also shown to help boost cholesterol. A study conducted by the American Chemical Society found that drinking three glasses of cranberry juice a day significantly raised levels of 'good cholesterol' by up to 121 percent.
