B. Frame Time
The frame time, frame T , depends on the size of the data, the
overhead, any padding, and the bit time. Let data N be the size
of data in terms of bytes, overhead N be the number of bytes
used as overhead, pad N be the number of bytes used to pad
the remaining part of the frame to meet the minimum frame
size requirement, and stuff N be the number of bytes used in a
stuffing mechanism (on some protocols). The frame time can
