ALL incidents through awareness and safe behaviour.
Thanks to H&S Month, every person working for or with Lafarge WAPCO
should be able to apply the FIVE EASY STEPS which provides a simple
method, accessible to each of us. It is based on a strong symbol, the 5
fingers of the hand:
1. Listing daily and non-routine tasks related to a job.
2. Identifying hazards and all situations which could be dangerous.
3. Evaluating risks, chances of a hazard causing harm.
4. Exploring all existing measures to reduce or eliminate risks.
5. Suggesting ideas for improvements.
