SAP Logistics Sales and Distribution
Delivery Priority Set for Distribution Channel
Rebecca Mayhew asked Aug 7, 2008 | Replies (1)
When creating a sales order, there are multiple ways to maintain the delivery priority in the Sales Order:
1) Change it manually via VA01 or VA02
2) Maintain a default delivery priority value for certain customer sold-to values in the CMR. This delivery priority will then be automatically populated to the Sales Order at Sales Order create.
Does anyone know if there is there a way to set a default delivery priority for a distribution channel?

Hello Rebecca...
Really Delivery Priority is automatically populated in Sales Order from Customer Master Data per Sales Area into Delivery table which you define a specific Distribution Channel and Delivery Priority consequently.
If handling by this way still haven't covered you need, you could try either Info record Customer X Material (but I guess this not the case) or via development using userexit. Have a nice weekend.
