requirements and get things started. They measure
goal achievement and make amendments if necessary.
If need be, objectives are redefined or tasks are
stopped. However, it is not an option to indulge in
never-ending stories.
SIG leaders follow-up tasks constantly, following a
‘can do – will do’ approach, and build up trust by
sticking to agreements.
