At the moment we are searching for a vendor to provide several services and technical event equipment.
In order of our client we would like to ask you for a proposal. The detailed information as basis for the proposal you will find at the following pages.
As first step we would like to know whether you can provide your services at he mentioned date and time. Closing Date for a proposal is Friday, Dec 12th 2014.

I. Introduction
At the moment we are preparing a consecutive event at four locations in four countries.
Our client wants to invite in between 250-450 guests to an exhibition and conference. Afterwards they will be invited to a short business party.
In the exhibition we would need to highlight some products with the help of lighting and sound equipment in a small scale.
The conference setup will be classical incl. stage, screen, projectors, sound equipment, light equipment and video equipment.
After the visit of the exhibition approx. 200 guests will have a one hour business party, where we need also some lighting and sound equipment.
