As per your request, today (21st August 2014) our paralegal, as Sikder Group’s representative, has travelled to Phuket to observe the boundary line measurement of a plot of land of the third party owner (“Adjacent Land”) that is adjacent to a plot of Sikder Group’s land (land under title deed no. 5925) (“Land”).
At the Land site we found the Phuket land officers and the representatives of other two (2) owners of other lands (‘laguna’) that are surrounding the Adjacent Land to locate and indicate the landmarks of the Land which is correct according to the recent re-measurement which have been conducted and completed by us for Sikder Group in May 2014. The boundary lines and landmarks of the Land and the Adjacent Land are not overlapped to each other.
Furthermore, please also be reported that we found a small guardhouse situated on the frontage plot of land of Sikder Group that is connected to public road. Two security guards stationing there told our paralegal that they were hired by Sikder Group to secure the Sikder Group’s lands. Please check if this information is correct.
