I am afraid that we cannot accept for the spool charge of DNTH delivery as the below explanation.
- Since the beginning of Denso business by only CSN slitting, the control of returned spools have been done for exports only; not including DNTH.
Pls kindly understand that we have agreed to take responsibilities of spools for Varo because we have realized that it is difficult to
control each DN exports location and possible to loss due to long period of one cycle which including each DN export
location’s monthly usage, varied safety stock, and varied transportation period, and customs clearance period.
It means that one cycle might take around 3-6months counting from delivery from VP until returned back to Thailand.
Then, we can track the outgoing and incoming spools quite accurately.
- For DNTH delivery, it is difficult to control because the material is not kept as stock in the constant level; normally lower than 1 month stock.
because Varo have balance orders in every month. Sometimes, once Thapt received the material from Varo and need to deliver to DNTH
on the next day, it means the spools are returned within 4-5 days. Therefore, it might be double counted in the outgoing record in the same month.
- Based on your data, I think some data might not be correct. For example, it is strange that only 10 spools returned in Jun’13.
It is highly possible that some data was missing.
Normally, DNTH have daily production and they return pallets and spools accordingly to Thapt on the next day.
Then, Thapt shall return spools to Varo accordingly when there is truck from Varo. Also, there is no data
of returned delivery from Aug’13-Nov’13. Pls kindly update.
I also attached our data for your reference.
Pls be informed and thank you for your understanding.
