- Overdue Purchase Orders (materials have not been delivered within Purchase Orders promise date), and
- Close Due Purchase Orders (materials with Purchase Orders promise date within the next 30 days)
ACTIONS REQUIRED:
Please update “Update Status” column (highlighted in Orange), not exceeding 60 alphabets. Information required by Chevron includes:
1. Estimated delivery date for each line item to the destination point as indicated on the PO.
2. For any line item with possibility for delay, please provide new estimated delivery date and brief reason for delay.
3. Email the updated Quick Expedite Report to individual Chevron Expeditors WITHIN EVERY WEDNESDAY.
