Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
At least 5 year experiences for Director and 3 year experiences for Manager in research-related field preferably with marketing or social emphasis
Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in both English and Thai
Strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time
Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects
Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and enthusiastic
SPSS, Advanced Excel, and advanced knowledge in statistics
Key Tasks Responsibilities:-
Assist in planning and implementation of client acquisition and retention strategies
Work closely with Global and Regional Product Teams to promote and implement GfK products and services, create and implement the deployment plan for the country, provide advice and support to other researchers in the team to build GfK solutions into the proposals, support them for successful deployment, and monitor progress to provide feedback to Global and Regional Product Teams
Manage research projects as assigned
Act as main link resource to selected clients by developing and maintaining close relationship and communication with decision makers of clients
Support Head of Consumer Experiences to grow research team, client base and revenue base
Build expertise to eventually manage and develop a team of researchers and other staff as well as provide strategic leadership on all works in team
