Supervise and ensure all following office services run smoothly, efficiently and in a cost effective manner; receptionist, mail room service, janitorial service, copy room service, accommodation i.e. catering, meeting room, etc
Own and deliver routine General Administration process as assigned.
Respond the basic questions from employees on General Administration task/agreed standard processes & practices/projects and basic administrative issues within own work area.
Build and maintain good relationship with peer and employees within and/or across function in General Administration department and or related government agents/third parties.
Co-ordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
Gather information and support General Administration Manager and senior General Administration staff in researching and analyze information including preparing reports on areas that impact General Administration processes or support management as appropriate.
Assure that professional actions and decisions are ethical and avoid negative consequences associated with current and future General Administration works, such as maintaining confidentiality, managing professional basis, balancing organization needs and individual needs/interests, an being able in dealing with sensitive issues.
Submit report of annual expenses and capital budgets for approval and control expenses within agreed budgetary limits.
Bachelor Degree in General Management, Business Administration, Business English or Related Field
Effective planning and well organized: result oriented and be able to cope with timeline pressure.
Good communication skills; be able to demonstrate through extensive customer service, preparing and handling reports and documentation.
Experience in budget control and finance in Oracle program is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
