(ssDNA) on GO through π―π stacking, and hydrogen bonding
interactions ,which led to the fluorescence quenching of fluorophore
. Through addition of its complementary DNA (cDNA), a
double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) was formed ,caused to recovering
fluorescence of fluorophore by desorbing and releasing from GO.
