International Projects Manager will have the following responsibilities/duties:
Managing the public interest work and other projects with an international dimension, including but not limited to development and assistance, international human rights and CSR.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities including the drafting of grant applications
Manage their relationships and networks with government departments, academic institutions, think tanks and the industry.
Be a champion and advocate for their work
Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify and pursue opportunities to promote their international work and engage with members.
International Projects Manager will have the following skills/attributes:
Previous knowledge and understanding of project management principles and project origination.
A good understanding of how to manage and win funded projects
Cultural sensitivity and previous international experience.
Ability to build your own capacity and scope out new opportunities
Strong networking skills
