• Purchase fresh foods, vegetables, and fruits and other food ingredient
• Cooks the hot foods, make the salad dressings and make sure at least 3 fresh salad dressings will be available daily.
• Helps with setting up the menu once in every quarter
• Checking inventory
• Oversee the team
• Does the laundry (aprons, towels are washed daily with 10% Hitter bleach solution mixed with detergent and air dry on the rack)
