Furthermore, PP values of the impregnated pumpkin after air
drying are also reported. In order to analyze the effect of Fe and AA
contents on the dry infusion and drying process, data were fitted
using a second degree polynomial equation. The best fit equation
and corresponding plots of the linear, quadratic and interactive
effects of Fe and AA on SG, WL, and PP are shown in Fig. 1, panel a, b
and c respectively.
