First of all , I must apologize to you for the slow response from my supplier.
My S'pore supplier specified this installer as his workmanship is good as compared with his previous contacts.
As this installation request was made rather urgently , the reason for the delay was that he got some urgent projects on hand to complete by this week.
Of course , we did chase him for the schedule but his response was he will try his best.
Yamazen (Thailand) cannot handle Fanuc machines as they will not bear any responsibilities for any mishandling during the installation.
Pls rest assure that I will continue to push my supplier to complete this installation ASAP.
