We stayed for 1 night and we booked 2 rooms, Club room and Two bedroom suite. *Microwave oven issue We traveled with 2 children, both are 2.5 years old (twins). After the reservation was made online, I called the reservation office and ask if we can borrow the microwave oven, as we needed to warm the food for the twins and the officer said that we could. When we checked-in at club lounge, I asked the staff about borrowing the microwave, she said that she would inform the person-in-charge. After we settled in our rooms I made another call to the room service asking about the microwave, staff said she would check. About half an hour later I was informed that there's no policy regarding lending microwave oven to the customer. The customer can either use the microwave oven at the club lounge or ask the room service to do so (with extra charge). So what exactly is your policy? Everyone said differently every time we asked. We would have planned things otherwise if we knew there would be no microwave oven. *Bathroom amenities We stayed on the 6th floor. The club room we booked didn't get the club level bathroom amenities. All the club rooms are on 7th floor but I understand that the hotel put us on 6th floor so we could have the adjoining rooms. *Breakfast We had our breakfast at The Cascade. When we got to our table, it was very dirty. Staff didn't clean the table at all, they just replaced dirty plates with the new ones. We found many things on the table, egg shells, stains, sauce, etc. I understand that it was a rush hour but left the table unclean is unacceptable. *Club lounge Nothing much to eat, some simple sandwiches during the afternoon. A bit more variety during the happy hour. There are more variety of food at Dusit Hua Hin club lounge. Staff seemed to enjoy serving the foreigners more than the locals, judging from me asking for a glass of wine and didn't get anything, while the staff kept refilling tables with foreigners. *Check-out I asked the staff during check-in to prepare tax invoice for all the paid expense, which I gave her a paper note containing all information needed for the tax invoice. We booked online and already paid in advance, so I would assume that issuing tax invoice before checking out should be OK. Guess what, no one knew anything about my request when I checked out. *Room The 2 bedroom suite was actually pretty good. It gives a panoramic view of the Pattaya bay. Room size is big enough to accompany a big family. If there's no promotion, I think the price is too expensive.
