Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to remind everyone about our company policy on attendance. We appreciate all the staff who have been consistently reporting for work on time everyday. However, I have observed that some of you guys have been coming in late recently.
Being in this business, we should all realize that tardiness is never a good work habit. No matter how good we are in what we do, if we are frequently late, we still run the risk of undermining our professional reputation. As pointed out before, lateness affects the overall company's productivity, and one obvious impact is its negative influence to other staff as they will begin to feel that they can take the same privilege for themselves.
Unless a settlement has been reached between the staff and the management on the subject of work schedule, we expect everyone to be punctual at all times.
If there's anything that might be preventing you guys from coming to work on time, you can let me know and we'll see what the management can do to address the issue or help out.
