I am sure that there might be a mistake here because all freight and charges for both shipments have been duly paid by us at the moment vessels sailed from loading port and we never kept any cargo of yours on hold because of invoice late payment.
We would never do that to your cargoes. If that's the way other companies work, that's not how we do and you should know that after all these years.
We will get in touch with consolidator and check whether this problem could have been originated here somehow.
