This study revealed the impact of the inoculation of actinomycetes
isolates on tomato in terms of biochemical changes in plants
inoculated with the fungal pathogen R. solani. Substantial differences
in the level of induction of phenolic compounds in tomato
leaves treated with actinomycetes biocontrol agents with and
without R. solani-inoculation were recorded (Fig. 3A). From these
results, it is evident that as a bioinoculant in the root rhizosphere,
the actinomycetes isolates improved plant growth as well as
enhanced protection against the pathogen due to the induced
