One day prior to analysis, the brea

One day prior to analysis, the bread was left to thaw at room
temperature. Bread used in theDAwas, at the day of analysis, cut into
slices of a thickness of 1.3 cm using a Bosch MAS4600 slicing machine
from Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany). The crust was
removed and the remaining crumb was divided in halves. Two
halves, from two different slices, were put in 150  200 mm polyester
Easy Grip® zipperbags (LDPE, 50 m) from ABENA (Aabenraa,
Denmark). Each bag was labeled with a random three digit number.
For TPA, one bread loafwas cut into pieces of 1.3 cmand 8 sliceswas
cut into squares measuring 44 cmonly including the bread crumb
