Responsibilities:
- Well understand in persistency concept in order to support persistency activities effectively.
- Support manager in coordinate with sales team and LB in follow up and clear pending premium of renewal and reinstatement transactions completely
- Support manager in preparing and release persistency reports to sales team and JV.
- Support manager in tracking for the correctly of reports and data on E-report and Web enquiry.
- Contact sales team to follow up overdue and lapse policy to retain persistency ration as target.
- Liaison to other department in all activity relate to increasing of persistency ratio.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and database in particular
