Compounds 1-3 share structural similarities with the class of cannabinoids. Consequently, their interaction was investigated
with receptors that are targeted by endo-, phyto-, and synthetic cannabinoids. Neither of the compounds showed significant affinity to the major radioligand CB1, CB2, 5-HT1A, and TRPV1 receptor binding site at a concentration of 20 μM (Figure 1). However, compound 2 and the mixture of 3 indicated the tendency to interact weakly with the TRPV1 and the CB2 receptor, respectively.
