Please be reminded that the recruitment process should be seen in the context of ongoing staff planning that is linked to the strategic and financial planning of the Company.
Kindly ensure that before starting the recruitment process for any staff position, including temporary positions, you must obtain proper Management’s approval and
upon receipt of the approved form, HR will facilitate the recruitment until the end of the hiring process.
So, all Heads of Departments need to ensure that you get the recruitment process right, and in addition, the HODs should also make members of their team have a
thorough understanding and practicing of Recruitment policy compliance. Please also note that the Company will not be responsible for any costs incurred in violation of the Company’s policy.
