1. Expectancy theory for motivation How to used with organization : Recruiting a large number of employees, sometimes the employees may not understand the organization enough and cannot perform their duties fully because they do not have clear goals and lack motivation. Therefore, we choose Expectancy theory to motivation as a force. Motivated by we will set reasonable rewards so that employees will trust and think that they have the ability to receive rewards. It is not too difficult for them. And not too difficult to the point of putting pressure on employees to the point of making their work worse.
