We ranked the objectives 3 levels. For short term, we would like to be achieve sales 15,000 baht and can promote through at least 5 channels. In mediumn term, we can deal business with some country in ASEAN and the customer can recqgnize our band and can separate between competitor. And Within 1 year, achieve sales in some country in ASEAN at least 30,000 baht in long term objective.
Marketing term, there are 3 parts and 44 members; Sale respond on selling and the after service, next R&D is part of research, analysis and solve the problems and last one, IMC take care about advertising, promotion and channel.
Human resource has also 3 parts and 19 members; Training for sale section and create CSR activities. Relationships create relationship activities which make member close up within house and motivate to work. Information, performance appraisal & feedback which are recorder all of information’s house or workflow and take note from meeting and register member.
Finance & Accountancy collect plan and manage money and as you know accounting and the total members are 5 persons. 3 persons in purchasing and store play role on transportation, stock and warehouse management.

As you know our product is EX-M micro organism there are 3 sizes; 1 liter, 5 liters and 10 liters. However, they are useful on agriculture such as improves incoherent soil, solve the problem of pests. On livestock such as eliminate fly, on fishery such as solve the parasite in the water that will be dangerous to aquatic animals. And on environment such as water treatment, waste treatment, good condition.
We choose this because we see the benefits of this product. According rapidly agriculture into industry, farmers need to increase the capacity of production to respond the demand of the industry. So they use the chemical and pesticide and then effect to the body and the Environment. And, it relate with the organic farming research that grow up every year in Thailand and more consumers choose to be healthier following the health conscious boom.
How we are different from the competitor – we have the guarantee symbol IFOAM to make customer sure in quality and safety, the price in the same quantity is more reasonable if we compare with the same size company and it’s useful in many methods.
For the break even point as you see on the table, we have 3 points for each size. And next one is how we evalucate performance in ech departments for example, when you evaluate on channels, IMC’s members have to find distribution channel and organize them at least 3 types. If they finish, it pass but if it’s not, so the IMC head will recheck the problem and give others member use their connection and renew job as 1 channel in 1 week.

Internal analysis in term of strenght, we have clear structure and job scope to work, our product is the band guarantree which we didn’t pay warehouse and production cost. so we can delivery to customer with in lead time and we have many bank as various as customer choose to pay. And in another hand, our product is less famouse,no after-service, high investment in the first time because we bought for economic of scale and sometime we are slow administrative on some job.
Our opportunities are including AEC it has 0% on tax which Thai government also support exporting, healthy treand and green market, prices are lower than competitor in same industry size and we have many way for communication. But there are threats in term of internat unstable internet in rural area, home made product, free sample product from government and uncurtainty foreign exchange rate which effect to outside country.

For example, we send product from Bangkok to NakhonPathom around 56.82 km. by using post office name NiM Express because it’s the cheapest, and more flexible can choose door to door, door to port, port to port or port to door within lead time 1-2 days. Actually, we have already to compare with NML Logistics Solution and Thai post office.
