What is the market? The market is defined by service, facility type, client industry,
and/or geography. It can be any area that could have a marketable specialization
and any permutation of those four factors. For example, a market could be the interior
design (service) of retail locations (facility type) for fashion companies (industry)
in the western United States (geography). Or a market could be only one or
two of those factors, for example, real estate developers in Boston.
