We have checked into the issue, so sorry, the scheduler typed wrong type of vehicle.
However, our driver did sent them to airport, when arrived the airport already the
guest still ask driver why wrong vehicle, the driver said that sorry there might be
some mistake (this driver can speak some English), so the guest ask the name of the
driver, wrote down the plate number.
Therefore, the guest didn’t take taxi on their own*
This case can we charge as normal van price not 14 seats van price? Which is $260 HKD.
