To make your oatmeal infused water combine one part ground whole oats (you can do this in a food processor or blender) to four parts distilled water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter and use the water for this recipe.
Combine beeswax and oil in a double boiler or glass jar and place into a pot with 1-2 cups of water. Heat the water until the beeswax has melted. Once this occurs, remove from the heat and allow the beeswax/oil mixture to cool to room temperature. You can always put it in the fridge to speed up the process a bit. The mixture should still be soft, but cool. Using a rubber spatula, transfer the beeswax/oil mixture into a blender. Start mixing and slowly drizzle your oat water through the hatch in the top of the blender. When you have transferred all of the water, continue to blend for 3-5 minutes. At this point, you should have a lovely, cream-like texture. Transfer to a clean and sterile storage container.
