I think we are over dependent on a single vendor, we have discussed on this a couple of time. I understand that their prices are better than the other.
Even if the prices are better, but, when we lost out in terms of customer service to the customer or sales potential, I don’t think the savings can justify these losses. We need to spread our eggs into more baskets, i.e. have a couple of more vendors to use
Not to mention Pongpakit safety record and honesty is not very good as well. From memory, we do have a couple of issues with them too.
This seems to be an outstanding problem that we never get to have a good solution on. With Rayong Opts team fully staffed now, I hoped we could resolve this issue permanently.
