The course aims to encompass:
The “technical issues”: Recognizing and assessing organizational risks across strategic, financial and operational areas and having risk management structures, risk controls and processes that properly address these;
The “organizational issues”: Aligning ERM to the organization’s business goals and stakeholder needs with considered strategies, KPIs and monitoring of performance/value of the ERM activity;
The “managerial issues”: Setting up, further developing and maintaining an ongoing ERM framework and program appropriate for your organization, including how you might overcome any implementation challenges;
The “assurance and governance issues”: Assessing and benchmarking your ERM.
