The purpose of the study was to study the relationship between board of directors and firm performance of the listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the resource industry. Using data from secondary data, which are collected from the Annual Report and Annual Registration Statement (56-1) from the year 2555 to 2557, including three-year period. The sample of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Industrial Resources (Resource) of 29 companies per year in which the variables used in the study consisted of The size of the board, the proportion of independent board, board Committees, Dual CEO and financial risks
The study found that size of the board and the proportion of independent board is correlated negatively to the performance of the company. And the board Committees as Dual CEO and financial risks have no relationship to the operating results of the company
