perspective to new employees, more senior employees are assigned as mentors,
employees are oriented to think independently, and training includes humorous
videos and skits to teach employees about the company's culture of teamwork
and fun. SWA's casual dress policy and its allowance of employees to wear
costumes to work are intended to reinforce its fun, relaxed, and spontaneous
