Draw on Regular Pregnancy Test
Buy two regular pregnancy tests, an extra if you make a mistake. Try to get the cheapest ones possible (you can buy them at some dollar stores). Check the color of the test lines on the box and get a marker that is close to the color. Go home and pee on the test stick. After the test is dry (may take a day or so), open the test case with something sharp. Use the colored marker to draw on the positive line and re-close the case. It should just snap back shut. If it doesn’t snap shut, use glue to close it and give it a day to dry.
3 Heat with a Blow Dryer
The high heat from a blow dryer makes a pregnancy test temporarily positive. Buy a cheap regular pregnancy test and take it home. Pee on the stick and then hit it with a blow dryer on high for 5 to 10 minutes. You may notice the positive line show up and if it does, it usually stays that way for 2 to 3 days before fading.
4 Dip in Cola
Buy a few cheap pregnancy tests and some type of cola (caramel colored). For this method, do not pee on the test first, you want to start with a clean dry stick. Take some cola and pour it into a cup. Dip the test stick into the cola and keep it there until the cola comes up the test strip. Lay it on its back for 3 minutes and it should turn positive.
5 Ask a Pregnant Friend to Pee
The best answer to how to make a pregnancy test say positive, is to have a pregnant person pee on the test stick. You can either borrow a used test stick from a friend (lots of people keep them as baby keepsakes) or buy a couple cheap tests. Pregnant women have plenty of the chemical hCG in their urine to make the test positive every time, as long as they are over 6 weeks pregnant. If you try to test too early with your friend (before their hCG has built up) you might get a negative result even if they are truly pregnant.
6 Use an Expired Test
Many people have complained that they used an old pregnancy test and received a false positive result and it scared them thinking they might be pregnant when they didn’t want to be. You could use this tactic when trying to achieve fake positive results. You can’t buy expired tests at the store so ask around to see if your friends have any old tests sitting around.
7 Soap in Urine
One of the biggest complaints you hear is when people get a “false positive” result from test contamination. Instructions for the test always state to pee directly on the test strip or use a clean container to collect urine. If you use a container that has been washed with soap and not rinsed completely, detergents and soap may alter the test. Try peeing in a cup and putting a drop of liquid soap in your urine. Then dip the stick and let it rest a few minutes.
8 Test During Your Period
One of the other things that can contaminate a pregnancy test and give a “false positive” reading is blood. Try testing when you are on your period.
9 Let the Test Sit
A pregnancy test contains “evaporation lines” that sit right next to the positive lines. When the test dries out the evaporation lines become darker and look like the test is positive. Allow the test to sit for a day or two and dry out. The evaporation lines show up when the test is dry, but do your prank quickly as they often fade.
10 Buy an Ovulation Predictor Kit
One last option is to buy an ovulation predictor test kit. Many unsuspecting onlookers may think this is a pregnancy test since they look extremely similar. Do this around the 12th through 14th day of your cycle when you predict you may be ovulating and you will get a positive ovulation result and no one is the wiser!
ANY IDEAS ABOUT THIS TOPIC?

I held my new (just used) test up against a test i 'tested' with real HCG drops - to see where the line was supposed to appear. The tests touched just enough for the new one to 'wet' the old one. I seperated the two tests immediately. The new test turned positive making me believe I was pregnant, every other test however was negative which brings me to the conclusion that one positive test can actually contaminate another test..im guessing it works on the same principle as the OPK theory.
