Pre-screen, first interview for providing short-listed candidates and arrange interview appointment with hiring manager
Expand candidate sourcing channels to collect pool of potential applicants for current and future manpower need.
Provide the recruitment plan, coordinate with related department and attend recruitment activities i.e. campus recruitment, job fairs, walk-in interview etc.
Manage and analyze candidate database
Monitor, update and prepare weekly and monthly manpower / recruitment report
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM or related fields
At least 2 years experiences in recruitment and selection
Good command both spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills, prioritizing and planning
Proficiency in MS Office and Recruitment tools or system
Able to travel for recruitment activities both in domestic and international
