Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for building networks, business development, marketing opportunities and managing a variety of consulting projects with the HR Effectiveness and HR Technology areas across Thailand. This position will actively contribute to business development and client relationship management of those clients with potential to grow their business with Aon in consulting services. In addition, you will assist in providing deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated and assists in present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver medium to large sized projects in the area of HR Transformation and HR Effectiveness work
- Manage key client relationships in the above mentioned areas to ensure high client satisfaction and potential expansion of client work
- Drive sales in Talent Solutions with a focus on HRE
- Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated.
- Support the Thailand Talent team in business building and project delivery.
- Drive revenue generation and sales pipeline for the above mentioned area.
- Assist he country lead to manage external partnerships
- Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships as well as play a key role in integrated cross practice proposal
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business, Finance, HRM, Economics or Business.
- Related experience in the consulting industry specializing in the Information Technology.
- Experience working with and implementing IT Solutions into organisations.
- Verbal fluency in English
- Has broad knowledgeable about day-to-day HR operations and how it integrates with business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, able to independently run integrated projects, ensuring quality, timelines and profitability.
- Proven client management, account management skills and confidence to engage with clients at different levels.
