However, if compare with the experimenter that have not got any caffeine the result that make experimenter sleep certainly average 29 minutes and spend time with sleep around 7.4 hour. Moreover, after measure the brainwave of caffeine user, it found that the quality of sleep is drop and easily to wake up”. Nowadays, most of people are using caffeine for work hard and they think it help to improve the work. However, if people are taking caffeine more than 400 ml. it may affect to the brain. It called caffeine intoxication that making people insomnia, stomachache, heart beats fast and may death.
