Performance improvement need to (Weaknesses) :
1. The staff lack of knowledge and understanding in laws and standard requirement sometimes she can't apply in work, she need to training and skill development (OJT).
2. The staff didn't follow the plan or when she getting a new job, she don't take a note. So the job is delay and does not achieve the plan. She can't sequence of job scheduling.
3. The staff must comply with requirements and procedure. In addition she have to apply 5s in the workplace for need to do a systematic and efficient job.
The potential of the employee (Strengths) :
1. He is honest, straightforward, patience, and emotional control. Even she not get better cooperation from colleagues.
