In the event Licensee elects not to commence SAP Enterprise Support upon the first
day of the month following initial delivery of the Enterprise Support Solutions, or SAP Enterprise Support
is otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 6 above or declined by Licensee for some period of time, and
is subsequently requested or reinstated, SAP will invoice Licensee the accrued SAP Enterprise Support Fees
associated with such time period plus a reinstatement fee.
